Private plans are different than the Weekly, Monthly and Bimonthly plans as they are not offered to you by Cloe when you first begin therapy, and are not directly available to subscribe to.
Instead, they are plans that can be offered to you during the course of therapy, once you have already subscribed to the service. In order to subscribe to a private plan, you must talk with your therapist, after which they will send you a link to subscribe in your chat.
There are two types of private plan available; the Maintenance Plan and the Intensive Plan.
Maintenance Plan
The Maintenance Plan offers 2 video calls per month, of 50 minutes each, and access to the support chat for £80. It is suitable for patients who have progressed considerably in their treatment and are almost ready to continue by themselves.
Typically, you and your therapist will reach an agreement to start this plan, and he/she is the one who will send you the plan directly through your chat so that you can click on it and subscribe.
Intensive Plan
The Intensive Plan includes 8 video calls per month, of 50 minutes each, and access to the support chat, for £320. It is ideal for patients who need extra support and/or punctual reinforcement of the work done during therapy. Usually, you will move to this plan after agreeing to it with your therapist, and he/she will send you the plan directly through your chat to update your subscription.
