We will help you verify that you have the correct settings on your devices to receive notifications on your TherapyChat platform and see the messages from your therapist.
- In Chrome:
- Go to the platform and log in.
- Click on the button
located on the left of the web address and then on “Site settings”.
- In the new window look for “Notifications” and select the option “Allow”
- In Firefox:
- Go to the platform and log on.
- Click on the button
at the left of the web address.
- Click on the arrow located on the right of the drop-down panel.
- In the next window click on “More information” and another window will open where you must click on “Permissions”.
- Search for "Camera" and "Microphone" and select “Allow”
- On your phone:
- Go to the app and log on.
- Open your Settings menu.
- Select the Notifications tab
- Check that the checkboxes are active ✅
- Now go to your phone Settings.
- If you have an iPhone, select Notifications, look for the app and make sure that “Allow notifications” is activated. If you have Android, in the Applications section search directly for the app and check that notifications are allowed.
