If you wanted to make a change to your plan, but did not do so in time before your next subscription renewal, don’t worry as we can help solve this for you!
If this is the case, please speak to your therapist and he/she will contact us to solve it. Perhaps the change implies that your therapist requests a refund, in the case that the plan you want to change to is of a lesser cost than your current one. Or, in reverse, an extra payment. In any case, do not worry, as your therapist will guide you step by step.
