If at any time you are not getting notifications, you need to check that the permissions are correctly enabled on your devices.
Chrome:
- Access the platform and login.
- Click on the three dots of the web address settings and, inside, under "Privacy and security", look for "Site settings".
- In the new screen look for "Notifications" and select the "Allow" option.
Firefox:
- Access the platform and login.
- Click on the web address settings button.
- Click on the arrow to the right of the drop-down panel.
- In the next window click on "More info" and another screen will open where you need to click on "Permissions" and select "Allow".
On your mobile phone 📱:
- Log in to the app.
- Enter your settings menu.
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Verify that the check boxes are enabled.
- Now go to your own mobile settings.
- On iPhone, select Notifications, find the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is enabled.
- On Android, look in the Apps section directly for the app and check that notifications are allowed.
