If you would like to make a plan change, we recommend that you discuss it beforehand with your therapist so that he or she can advise you on the options that best suit your needs.
🔔 The change must be requested at least 24 hours before the end of your current plan for the request to be effective. The new plan will not be applied until your next month's subscription.
How do I change my plan?
To change your plan, simply go to your account settings, click on "My Subscription", and then click on "Change Subscription". Here you will be able to choose between the available public plans: the Weekly Plan, Monthly Plan, and Bi-Monthly Plan.
You can also opt for a private plan if you are looking for another type of subscription that does not fit in the previous ones. To do so, you must request it to your therapist and, if he/she considers that it fits your therapy process, he/she will send it to you through the chat so that you can subscribe.
These are: Maintenance Plan, Weekly Intensive Plan, and Monthly Intensive Plan.
